We would like to thank Wayne, Peter and all the team at Kitchens & Bathrooms Plus for the great work. Right from our first visit to the showroom the staff were very friendly and not at all pushy. We found Wayne's advice and views very helpful during the consultation and there was certainly no pressure or hard sell (unlike some firms we spoke with!).

Peter has done an excellent job fitting the bathroom. He was very polite and courteous and he was even very good with our young children. Our two year old daughter was quite disappointed when we said Peter had finished. Peter seemed to take great care over his work and we think that is reflected in the excellent standard of finish. Peter was very good at keeping us informed of how things were going along the way and what he was doing at each step.

The cost estimate we were given by Wayne was pretty accurate, apart from the replacement of the floorboards but that was immediately highlighted by Peter when he discovered the issue and made us aware of the options and the cost implications.

As Peter knows, we have recently had a very bad experience with a firm fitting a new conservatory and it was refreshing to find a company which still prides itself on good customer service and quality workmanship. As a result we will happily recommend Kitchens & Bathrooms Plus!

We are very pleased with both the rooms and the modern, clean, updated look you have achieved for us. Both rooms now look bright and spacious. We have been at Gardener Walk for just over two years and have had quite a considerable amount of work carried out in and around the house during this time. Of all the tradesmen involved, Peter we think stands out, not only because he nearly became one of the family, but he is polite, courteous, painstaking and was determined to do the job as we wanted.
